When you engage with us to provide IT services and/or consultancy we will ask you to provide a contact name, phone number, email address and name of the organisation you work for. This information will be collected and held on our CRM system. It will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Mainly we use your data to provide the services and support you have engaged us to provide and to manage our relationship with you. We will also use your data to communicate with you in the following ways –

  • information you have requested, or we are obliged to send to you

  • marketing communications such as our monthly newsletter which aims to keep you up to date with any new initiatives we are rolling out, security advice, additional services etc
  • asking for feedback or participation in customer research
